Fabrication never begins without three things.

1. 01 An approved door sample.
2. 02 Signed shop drawings.
3. 03 The deposit.

Why: it protects the schedule. A project that clears the gates doesn't stall in the shop, and a finish approved on a physical sample doesn't get argued about at install.

Problems are flagged early, with a fix attached.

The GC always knows status without asking. If a slab is backordered or a site condition changes the drawings, you hear it from us first — with the revised plan, not just the problem.
